Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Purely Pristine Clean agrees to provide residential cleaning services as requested by the Client at the agreed location, date, and time. Services will be performed in a professional manner using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.

2. Appointment Booking & Upfront Payment

  • A 30% upfront payment is required to confirm all cleaning appointments.
  • Appointments are not secured until the upfront payment is received.
  • The remaining balance is due immediately after the cleaning service is completed.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • If the Client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, the 30% upfront payment will be forfeited.
  • If cleaners arrive at the location and are unable to access the property, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Urgent / Short-Notice Appointments

  • Any booking made within 24 hours of the requested service time will attract an additional $100 CAD urgent service charge.

5. Access to Property

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Ensure running water, electricity, and a safe working environment.
  • Secure pets and inform the Company of any hazards in the home.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Purely Pristine Clean respects the privacy of all Clients.

  • Any personal information or observations made inside the Client’s home will remain strictly confidential.
  • Cleaners are trained to respect Client privacy and will not share any information about the home, belongings, or occupants.

7. Respectful Treatment of Staff

The Client agrees to treat all Purely Pristine Clean staff with respect and professionalism.

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe environment toward staff will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if staff safety or dignity is compromised.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Declutter areas to be cleaned for effective service.
  • Inform the Company of delicate items, special surfaces, or areas requiring special care.
  • Remove or secure valuables prior to the appointment.

Purely Pristine Clean is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed.

9. Satisfaction & Quality

If the Client is not satisfied with any part of the service, they must notify the Company within 24 hours. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

10. Liability

Purely Pristine Clean will exercise care while cleaning. However:

  • The Company is not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed by the Client.
  • The Company is insured, and any valid damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

11. Payment Methods

Payments may be made via approved methods provided by the Company. Failure to complete payment after service may result in refusal of future bookings.

12. Agreement Acceptance

By booking a service and paying the upfront deposit, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
